General Commercial Terms and Conditions

1. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices of goods are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes. Sales to customers are made exclusively on the basis of the amount being debited in advance from the customer's credit card. In the event a credit is given, the same credit card that you used to make your purchase will be credited.

Accepted credit cards include Visa, MC and American Express. Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are subject to availability.

2. Delivery Information
We offer two choices for shipping your product:
Standard: If you select standard shipping, and live in a major urban center, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 3-8 business days.
Expedited: If you have upgraded your shipping to Expedited and live in a major urban centre, you can expect to receive your items in approximately 3 business days.
Please Note:
  • Please allow a few extra days for delivery to non-major urban centres and       rural areas.
  • Shipping is available within Canada only.
  • A signature will be required at time of delivery.
  • We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Items marked as ‘Special Order’ are subject to availability. Timing will be      provided upon request.

  • All items ordered from the on-line shop will be shipped to you from Brantford, Ontario. Any backordered items included in your order will ship as soon as they are in stock.

    3. Shipping & Handling Charges
    The costs of packaging and of transport insurance are included in the shipment costs.

    Standard Delivery Rates:
  • $8.95 for order between $1-$99
  • $10.95 for orders between $100-199
  • $12.95 for orders between $200-$299
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $300, not including taxes.


  • Expedited Delivery Rates:
    All rush orders will incur an additional $20 shipping and handling fee.



    4. Returns
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will exchange the product or refund your money.

    If you would like to return an item, call our customer assistants at 1-866-601-9992 to replace or return any item. Our representatives will provide you with a return expediting number to be noted on your return slip for credit. An appointment will be made with the courier to pick this item up at your address.

    Please return all items in like-new condition, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached and with packing sufficient to prevent damage. Do not use product packaging as shipping packaging. BMW Canada will cover the shipping and handling costs associated with returns and exchanges

    5. Warranty
    Defective products can be claimed up to 12 months after receipt.

    If you have purchased your product through the on-line shop, and would like to place a claim due to a defect in the goods, please call toll-free 1-866-601-9992. If the goods are to be replaced, we will arrange for the product to be collected from you, and will send a new product to you free of charge. Should the identical product be out of stock, then you may select another product of equal or lesser value. If the value of the replacement item is more than the value of the original item, you will be responsible for the difference in cost.
