Returns

Can I return items purchased through the online store?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will exchange the product or refund your money.

If you would like to return an item, call our customer assistants at 1-866-601-9992 to replace or return any item. Our representatives will provide you with a return expediting number to be noted on your return slip for credit. An appointment will be made with the courier to pick this item up at your address.

Please return all items in like-new condition, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached and with packing sufficient to prevent damage. Do not use product packaging as shipping packaging. BMW Canada will cover the shipping and handling costs associated with returns and exchanges.

What do I do if my order was shipped incomplete, or if I received the wrong item?
If you receive an order that is incomplete, or if the wrong item was shipped, please let us know. Customer Service Representatives can be reached at 1-866-601-9992 Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST or E-mail: info@bmwshop.ca.
